How do I get a refund?

I cannot play a lesson
Check that you are signed in with the account that bought the course, then reload the page or try another browser. If it still does not play, send us the course and the lesson name.
How do I change the name on my certificate?
Send us your certificate code and the name as it should read. We reissue the certificate with the new name and the same code.
